Ashana is a Certified Master Executive Coach and uses person-centred approaches to deliver Coaching and Consultancy. As Founder of Arc Growth, she works with influential leaders and under-represented mid-career professionals, helping them navigate real and perceived career-limiting challenges, hone leadership ability, and create environments of shared belonging.

 

Ashana brings with her a wealth of professional experience - over 15 years in UK and US creative Advertising agencies, and cross-sector Executive Coaching and DEI Consultancy. In this capacity she has worked with leaders and teams across the globe in the Financial, Tech, Public, and Third sectors; from start-ups to multi-nationals. Her clients describe her as skilled, personable, confrontive, and transformational.

 

Ashana teaches Executive Coaching at Henley Business School, sits on the GB leadership team for the Association for Coaching for whom she is also an Assessor, and is a Mental Health First Aider to ensure that safeguarding is core to her engagements. Her experience with evidence-based coaching interventions and leadership models insures she can be flexible to the needs of her clients and help facilitate the growth they need to succeed.
