We have a coaching programme specifically designed for leaders and managers that want to inspire their teams via better conversations. This recognised programme provides coach training for groups of up to 15 people, provides evidence based CPD certification on completion and recognised training hours should they wish to become an Association for Coaching 'Recognised Leader as Coach', in future.​
